The AAU Students of the Department of Speech & Hearing Conduct A Language & Speech Survey for the Pupils of Al -Jamia’ Al-Oula Schools and Prince Hamza School (11/11/2018)

The AAU students of the Department of Speech & Hearing conducted a language & speech survey for the kindergarten’s pupils and the first four primary grades of Al -Jamia’ Al-Oula Schools and Prince Hamza School. This survey which was within the training field program of the department students was conducted under the supervision of the speech specialists in the center and was presided by the Department Head, Instructor Laila Qanawati. The activity was widely welcomed by the school administrations because it is of great benefit in the early detection of language and speech disorders, their treatments and preventing their impact on the students academically, socially and psychologically. It is worth noting that reports concerning the results of the examination were handed over to each individual student, and were followed-up with parents, school administrations and teachers.
