The AAU’s Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology Meets with the New Students Registered in the Academic Year 2017-2018

The Deanship of the Faculty of Information Technology is Keen on communicating with its students. Hence, Dr. Qusai Shambour, the Faculty Dean, met with the new students registered in the first semester of the academic year 2017-2018 on Tuesday, 5/12/2017. The meeting was attended by the Heads of Departments and members of the academic staff in the Faculty as well as by Dr. Abed Al-Hameed Al-Kurdi, the Representative of the Student Disciplinary Council. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Shamboor welcomed the new students and talked about the Faculty’s Departments, their aspirations and their academic programs and concentrated on the importance of paying attention to the study and advisory plans. Then he advised students to abide by the University rules and instructions and stressed the importance of communication with the academic advisors and Heads of Departments.Dr. Shamboor explained the method of registration and guidance and stressed the importance of students’ commitment to registration and exam dates and following up with the bulletin board and the University website.
