The AAU’s Dean of Faculty of Law Meets with the New Students Registered during the Academic Year 2017-2018

The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Yousef Mufleh Al-Abbadi is keen on communicating with the students of the faculty especially the new ones who registered during the academic year 2017-2018. The Faculty held a reception for the new students on Thursday, 2/11/2017 at the Mousa Al-Saket Hall for Mock Trials. The Faculty Dean, who delivered a speech in the presence of a number of the Faculty academic staff, welcomed the new students and announced adhering to the open-door policy. He expressed his pleasure to follow up with the students’ suggestions and to encourage them to participate in co-curricular activities. The Faculty of Law is considered a destination for the students who wish to study law in Jordan and the Arab region as well. On his part, the Vice Dean, Dr. Abed Al-Hameed Al-Kurdi talked about the offered courses, the registration methods and the academic guidance. Then, the Head of the Public Law Department, Dr. Muhammad Al-Thunaibat stressed the importance of students’ commitment to registration dates and exams and to follow up with the bulletin board and the University website. The Dean concluded the meeting by listening to students’ opinions and suggestions, by thanking them for their attendance and by stressing the importance of the Faculty’s efforts to communicate with students in several other meetings.
