The AAU Quality Department Holds A Training Course Titled “Comprehensive Quality Management Processes”

The AAU Quality Department held a distinguished- two- days training course titled “Comprehensive Quality Management Processes (Intermediate level)”. The course was presented by the Head of the AAU Department of Local & International Accreditation. This course which started on Monday, 23/9/2019 was attended by the Deans’ Deputies of Accreditation & Quality and coordinating officers of quality in the organizational units.This course dealt with the systems adopted by AAU to achieve the concept of comprehensive quality management. These systems are: strategic planning, quality assurance and risk management in addition to the measurement and evaluation processes that enhance these systems. This training course witnessed a remarkable interaction of 33 people, who attended it. They were distributed to various teams to solve exercises on the principle of one team work. Prof. Moaz Al-Hourani, the Director General of the AAU Accreditation and Quality Management Unit, said that this course will be followed by holding various training courses and workshops that aim to deepen the understanding of all employees of comprehensive quality management systems to become part of their culture.
