The AAU Participates in the Initiative of Planting the “Um Zaytoonah” Park

Within the AAU frame of serving the local community and under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs, twenty eight AAU students participated in the initiative of planting the Park of “Um Zaytoonah”. This event which was arranged by the Al-Salt Municipality and participated by the initiative of “The Green Suits Us” and the Musa Al-Saket Society took place on Saturday, 21/10/2017. The AAU students who were greeted by Al-Salt Mayor Mr. Khaled Al-Khushman, have planted trees and cleaned the park. The Mayor commended the AAU students and the University for its continued role in supporting the local community and wished that the cooperation with the University continues to launch more community and environmental activities on and off campus.
