The AAU Organizes a Workshop on New Trends in Methods of Teaching

Prof. Sadeq Hamed, the President of the AAU, inaugurated a scientific workshop titled “New Trends in Methods of Teaching”. This workshop which was organized in cooperation with the National Office of Erasmos Plus took place on Thursday, 20/5/2017. The workshop was performed by the international expert, Prof. Dicklan Kendy. A number of Jordanian universities faculty members participated in it. The participants discussed several issues such as the outputs of the educational process and using them operationally. They also discussed the model international methods and techniques used in measuring the educational outcomes. Prof. Hasan Al-Shalabi, who is a member in the team of Reforming Higher Education in Jordan pointed out that holding such scientific and academic workshops contribute directly in developing academic programs and qualifying faculty members who will participate in lifting up the standards of teaching and meet the international criteria. At the end of the workshop, Prof. Sadeq Hamed handed the international expert the University shield.
