The AAU Faculty of Pharmacy Holds A Reception for the New Students

The AAU Faculty of Pharmacy held a reception for the new students on Thursday, 31/10/2019 in the Nizar Qabani Theater. This event included academic guiding directives, sections and several speeches, including the speech of the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Mohammed Al-Tanani. In his speech, Prof. Al-Tanani welcomed the new students, provided different academic instructions and encouraged them to communicate with him to solve various academic and other issues that may face them. Then, the Deputy Dean for the Academic Affairs, Dr. Noaman Khalaf, explained the instructions related to the study plan. The Vice Dean for Accreditation and Quality Affairs, Dr. Rana Abu Huwaij, talked about the vision, mission and core values of the faculty. She also stressed the need to engage students in learning how to achieve quality.Moreover, the Assistant Dean for Pharmaceutical Field Training Affairs, Dr. Hasan Moati, explained the training instructions.The reception which included many entertaining sections prepared and presented by the faculty students such as poetry reading, songs, comedy play and competitions. The reception concluded by honoring the participating students in the sections and organization. Meanwhile, the new students took commemorative photos with the dean and faculty members.
