The AAU Faculty of Nursing Participates in the “Day of Change” in Al-Hussein Public Hospital – Al-Salt

The AAU Students of the Faculty of Nursing enrolled in the “Child Health” Course participated in the Day of Change in the “Pediatric Section” at Al-Hussein Public Hospital in Al-Salt on Wednesday, 28/11/2018. This day was held to raise the quality standards in health institutions. Dr. Anwar Al-Nuwairy, the Director of the Hospital and the Section staff in the hospital received the students in the presence of Dr. Amal Al-Dagestani, the Dean of the Faculty of Nursing. The Course instructors, Dr. Sajida Hawamdeh and Wafaa Mahmoud who organized this activity attended this event as well. This “Day” included educational lectures for mothers of children on various topics in addition to opening a games’ room. Moreover, gifts were distributed to children and various activities took place to delight and entertain them. Furthermore, students painted cartoon characters on the walls of the games’ room.
