The AAU Faculty of Law Organizes A Meeting with the New Students

The AAU Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Yousef Al-Abadi, met with the new students marking the start of the second academic semester 2017-2018. This meeting was held motivated by the University's keenness to communicate with its students in general and the new students in particular. The meeting which was held on Sunday, 18/3/2018 was attended by the Faculty Deputy Dean, Dr. Abed Al-Hameed Al-Kurdi, academic members and the new students enrolled in the Faculty of Law.At the beginning, Dr. Al-Abadi expressed his pleasure in meeting the students, which comes within the series of periodic meetings held by the Faculty each semester with its students and wished that the students would be a model for carrying the banner of science, knowledge, justice and integrity. He stressed that students are the focal point of the Faculty’s academic and administrative staffs. He noted that the Faculty seeks to provide all the needs of students to facilitate their academic matters and strive to provide a safe educational environment for them as well.Dr. Al-Abadi emphasized the importance of communicating with the Deanship of Student Affairs to benefit from its student services and diverse activities which refine students’ personalities and acquaint them with several experiences and skills necessary for co-curricular activities through which supports the educational vision. The meeting’s activities included a number of scientific and entertaining sections. Academic members and the Department of Public & International Relations and the Faculty’s students have participated in this event.
