The AAU Faculty of Law Hosts the Legal Clinic Expert and the Coordinator of “UNDP- LEGAL CLINICS” Program

The Dean of the AAU Faculty of Law, Dr. Muhammad Al-Thunaibat, received the legal clinics expert and the coordinator of the “UNDP- LEGAL CLINICS” Program, Dr. Lina Shabib in the presence of the faculty members and a group of students. It is worth mentioning that this event is held within the framework of the AAU’s mission to consolidate its objectives of cooperation with the community civil institutions in general and the legal ones in particular.In this meeting, the Dean presented a short briefing about the Faculty of Law at AAU, which is distinguished by its various programs and specializations and by being the first Private University in Jordan and the Middle East.In turn, Dr. Lina Shabib praised the AAU law graduates for their excellence on the legal and practical levels. She also commended the University for being a distinct icon of success regarding its administration, cadre and students. She then reviewed the contents of the legal clinics program and considered it as an important interactive teaching method in teaching law by practice. At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the Faculty of Law expressed his appreciation for Dr. Lina Shabib's visit. He also supported the Coordinator of the International Program of Legal Clinics in her efforts to set up the program in the Faculty of Law.
