The AAU Faculty of Law Holds A Symposium Titled The New Real Estate Property Law between Theory & Practice

Under the auspicious of the AAU President, Prof Sari Hamdan, the Faculty of Law held a symposium titled The New Real Estate Property Law between Theory & Practice. The symposium was attended by the Dean of the AAU Faculty of Law, Dr. Muhammad Thunaibat, and a number of specialists and experts along with members from the Bar Council and faculty members. During this symposium, the New Real Estate Property Law was brought up for discussion by the Former Head of the Legislation & Opinion Bureau, Dr. Nofan Al-Ajarmeh, Professor Mazen Irsheidat, the President of the Bar Association and the Judge Dr. Fouad Al-Dararka. The speakers explained the importance of the comprehensiveness of this law for the requirements of protecting and regulating real estate property and meeting the needs of investors. They also highlighted the thirteen laws that this single law includes, which will help to solve many problems of real estate property away from the judiciary. Thus, reducing the number of cases brought before the courts. At the end of this event, the AAU Shield was handed to the speakers in appreciation for their participation.
