The AAU Faculty of Law Holds A Symposium about The Legislative Developments within A Period of One Hundred Years
The AAU Faculty of Law held a symposium about The Legislative Developments within A Period of One Hundred Years as part of the Faculty’s celebrations that mark the centenary of the Jordanian State. In this symposium, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Muhammad Al-Thunaibat, talked about the most important legal developments within the framework of the constitutional reforms and the Administrative Law. Then, Dr. Yusef Mufleh talked about the Real Estate Law followed by Dr. Khaled Al-Harirat, the Head of the Public Law Department, who shed light on the most important developments in the substantive and procedural sections of the Penal Law.The symposium which was held via Microsoft Teams was attended by the AAU Vice President, Prof. Nael Al-Shara, faculty members and a number of graduate and undergraduate students.
