The AAU Faculty of Business Organizes A Workshop for Al-Manaseer Group

On Sunday, 30/7/2017, Al-Manaseer Group held a workshop for the AAU Business School students. This workshop was supervised by Dr. Ghayyath Al-Turjuman and attended by the AAU students enrolled in the ‘Sales Management’ Course along with a number of the Faculty members. The workshop which was presented by Dr. Munzer Al- Khoury, Deputy of the General Director highlighted the current activities and the future plans for Al-Manaseer Group. Dr. Munzer elaborated on the distinguished areas of the Company such as oil, constructions, primary resources, foodstuffs, services, import, agricultural & chemical materials. He also explained the reasons that made the Company succeed and excel in the Jordanian market. He attributed this success to effective planning which concentrates on the scientific studies and analysis of the target markets.Meanwhile, Mrs. Kifah, the Director of Marketing and Sales, talked about the complementary ties between marketing and sales and their importance as means to achieve the goals of the Company. Then, she stressed the significant role of sales agents who represent the company in dealing with the clients. She also elaborated on the essential characteristics of the successful sales agents and the importance of managing sales agents in a correct and scientific way in order to achieve the intended goals as planned competently.
