The AAU Department of Civil Engineering Organizes A Workshop Titled “Assessment of Some International Practices to Improve Road Safety

Under the patronage of the AAU President, Prof. Sari Hamdan, the Faculty of Engineering/ the Department of Civil Engineering in cooperation with the Jordan Roads Association organized a workshop titled “Assessment of Some International Practices to Improve Road Safety”. This workshop took place on Wednesday, 12/12/2018 in the Mahmud Darweesh Theater. A large group of local community and public & private universities representatives along with specialists and experts in this field from ministries, municipalities and Public Security attended the workshop. The workshop included several lectures such as: a lecture by Her Excellency Dr. Lina Shabib, a lecture by His Excellency Engineer Nizar Al Abedi, and a lecture by Engineer Nael Frewan from the AAU Department of Civil Engineering.
