The AAU Center of Guidance & Special Education Organizes A Workshop on “Relaxation & Its Types”

The AAU Center of Guidance & Special Education and the Departments of Psychology and Special Education organized a workshop on “Relaxation & Its Types – An Applied Workshop” on Saturday, 9/3/2019 in the Arena Space Hotel. Mr. Marwan Salamah, the Director of the Guidance Center, opened the workshop while Dr. Wafaa Abu Al-Khair presented the workshop, which included the definition of relaxation types and precautions of its use. The participants then applied the actual relaxation of all kinds. The workshop was attended by 135 participants from the following universities: the University of Jordan, the Hashemite University, AAU (the workshop organizer), Al-Isra, Philadelphia, Yarmouk and Islamic Sciences, as well as the Arab Community College. The workshop was also attended by a group of specialists in public & private institutions.
