Teqball sport kicks off from Al-Ahliyya Amman University by organizing a course for referees and coaches
The Sports Federation of Jordanian Universities, in cooperation with the Jordanian and International Teqball Federations, held a training and arbitration course in Teqball for supervisors of member universities in the Federation, during the period 3 to 5-6-2021 in the Arena Complex / Al-Ahliyya Amman University under the supervision of the Chairman of the Committee Referees in the International Federation Mr. Norbert.This step is one of the most important ways to enhance the capabilities of the game’s coaches in universities with the aim of spreading it on a large scale in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The President of the Sports Federation of Jordanian Universities along with the President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Prof. Sari Hamdan, and the Administrative Board of the Federation adopted the idea of launching the game from within the universities, in preparation for its dissemination in the various sports clubs and bodies in the kingdom.It is also worth noting that more than 30 male and female coaches from member universities of the Federation and the Sports Federation of University and Intermediate University Colleges and a number of those interested in the game have participated in these courses. The courses included practical applications with the aim of increasing the efficiency of trainers and referees in Jordanian universities.At the end of the courses, the participating coaches and referees sat for the exams for the course in preparation for their classification by the International Federation of the game.
