Suspension of Punishment in the Jordanian Penal Code, a research paper by the law intern Rudaina Al-Alwan discussed at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Within the framework of cooperation between the Faculty of Law at Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the Jordanian Bar Association/Balqa Branch, the research by the law intern Rudaina Al-Alwan entitled (Suspension of Punishment in the Jordanian Penal Code) was discussed. The defense committee was composed of Lawyer Prof. Najem Rabadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Lawyer Rami Shawawrah, member of the Jordanian Bar Association Council, and Lawyer Hazem Nsour, in the presence of members of the General Assembly of the Bar Association, professor members of the Jordanian Bar Association/Balqa branch, and a group of law interns and undergraduate and graduate students.The Committee recommended approval of the research for the purpose of transition from law interns’ record to lawyers’ record. The Faculty of Law at Al-Ahliyya Amman University and the Jordanian Bar Association look forwards continued cooperation between them in the academic and legal interest which is reflected on the interns and students of the Faculty.
