Students of the Chinese Language Program Visit China Cultural Center in Amman

In line with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences' ongoing commitment, represented by the Dean, Prof. Hanan Ibrahim, to enhance cooperation between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and foreign embassies and institutes in Jordan, students from the Department of Languages, specializing in Chinese-English, visited the China Cultural Center in Amman. They were accompanied by Dr. Nasri Abu Khader, Chinese language instructor, to attend a cultural event that included various educational and recreational activities. The event provided the students with the opportunity to explore Chinese culture through artistic performances, workshops, and the tasting of traditional Chinese cuisine. The students expressed their happiness in participating in these activities, emphasizing the importance of engaging in such events to enhance their Chinese language skills through extracurricular experiences. It is worth noting that the Chinese-English program at Al-Ahliyya Amman University was introduced in the 2024/2025 academic year, reflecting the university's commitment to meeting labor market demands and keeping pace with global academic advancements.
