Students of the AAU Faculty of Nursing Take Part in the Activities of the Tree Day

Students of the AAU Faculty of Nursing participated in the activities of the tree day, by planting ornamental trees inside the Faculty and weeding and cleaning old trees. This aimed to increase the aesthetic/beauty of the Faculty on one hand and to develop the concept of participation and interaction with the surrounding environment among students on the other hand. This event stems from the principle of motivating students of various faculties to participate in co-curricular activities and it is in line with the endeavors of the faculties at AAU to promote the principle of volunteerism and local community service.
