Students from the Faculty of Nursing obtain training opportunities under the umbrella of Erasmus+

Sadeen Hussein Mnawwer and Dina Farouq Khoury, students from the Faculty of Nursing at Al-Ahliyya Amman University obtained training scholarship opportunities at the University of Arad in Romania under the Erasmus+ Mobility Program.The Erasmus+ Organization offers academic mobility programs to students and staff, trainings and internships, grants and capacity building programs. This program included students’ exchange to study a semester abroad and/or take part in training programs in their field of studies in addition to staff exchange for academic and administrative members.The training program was for a one month duration starting from 1/8/2022 until 30/8/2022. Such experiences have significant impact on students on both personal and educational levels as it influence their intercultural skills, develop their abilities and help them gain experience in nursing practices from multiple health care systems. Nonetheless, such programs improve linguistic skills of the students and evolve their personalities through the exposure to other cultures.
