Signing an agreement for a joint MA program in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Mutah University

Al-Ahliyya Amman University signed a joint cooperation agreement with Mutah University for the joint MA program in Intelligent Transportation Systems “ITS”. The agreement, signed by Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamid, President of the University, and Prof. Reda Khawaldah, President of Mutah University, indicate the mutual desire of the two universities for developing and promoting the abilities of students who have obtained BA degrees in civil engineering, communication engineering, computer engineering and other engineering sciences. During the signing ceremony, Prof. Hamed welcomed the President of Mutah University and his delegation. He stressed the importance of strengthening the existing cooperation between the two universities in all scientific and academic fields. This agreement will be the starting point for further cooperation and joint programs between the two universities, he added. Prof. Hamed praised the reputation of Muta University from the academic and administrative aspects and at all levels. For his part, Prof. Reda Khawaldah expressed his deep gratitude to the President of AAU and its staff for their efforts and their fruitful cooperation, which culminated in the signing of the Agreement. He said that he hopes that it will be the beginning of mutual cooperation with Al-Ahliyya Amman University. During his speech, Prof. Khawamdeh said that university departments should always search for ways and means to serve the local community and have a direct impact across the country. He stressed that Muta University is ready to place its potentials at the disposal of Al-Ahliyya Amman University on all levels.The signing ceremony was attended by Vice President of the University, Prof. Mamoun Al-Dabai, and a number of faculty members of the Faculty of Engineering of both universities.
