Seminar on data science in Al-Ahliyya Amman IT

The Faculty of Information Technology at Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a seminar entitled Data Science and Applications, presented by Dr. Ahmed Abu Shariheh, on Wednesday, January 13, 2022. The seminar was attended by the Dean, Dr. Omar Al-Odwan, as well as faculty members. The seminar covered data science and its applications, in addition to the scientific and practical fields that could be beneficial. The seminar focused on introducing the required knowledge, skills, and expertise in this field, which enables its relevant workers to expand in current fields and create new opportunities and areas for data analysis and utilization. The processes through which data are collected and analysed using scientific and analytical methods, and the use of statistics and computer science to extract knowledge from the entered data, have also been presented.
