The Higher Council for Youth, in cooperation with Al-Ahliyya Amman, organized on Tuesday Security and Freedom under Rule of Law Initiative with the participation of more than 100 students from the University. Dr. Alaa Adwai of the University of Jordan talked in the seminar about the themes of Amman Message launched by His Majesty King Abdullah II as a statement to the whole world to clarify the truth of Islam. In the seminar attended by the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Osama Haninah, Dr. Adawi noted the need to activate the role of youth in order to achieve security and order in the community, especially that youth constitutes the vast majority of the Jordanian community. Dr. Adawi reviewed the history of security and its role in the progress, development and prosperity of the community. The Director of Balqa Youth Council, Khaled Abu Ghanami, reviewed the philosophy of converting the Ministry of Youth and Sports to the Higher Council for Youth and the assignment the responsibility of sport activities to the Jordan Olympic Committee in order to give greater attention to youth and integrate them into society.
