Professor Sadeq Hamid meets staff members at the Faculty of Law

In a visit to the Faculty of Law, Professor Sadeq Hamed, president of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, met the dean and faculty members. He highlighted the importance of the Law Faculty and the high level it has reached. Professor Hamed focused in his speech on the importance of developing the educational process at the University in general and the Faculty of Law in particular. Regarding this issue, he emphasised adopting objectivity throughout the educational process. He also stressed that the faculty members should deliver well- prepared lectures, keep abreast of modern developments, and maintain a high level of efficiency, all the time upgrading the educational process by giving well-designed exams that meet the quality assurance standards. He emphasised the importance of academic research in improving the educational process. Professor Hamid called for formulating a comprehensive study plan, and discussed the possibility of starting new specializations to meet the local market needs. At the end of the meeting, the President answered some questions from the audience.
