Prof. Dr. Munib Saket Visits Al-Ahliyya Amman University

At the beginning of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of the University, welcomed Dr. Munib Saket, Chairman of the Higher Education Institutions Accreditation Board and the accompanying delegation. Dr. Saleem presented an overview about the emergence of the University, its development, faculties and disciplines, the centers that have been established in the University and high quality technology offered by the University to assist in the teaching process. Dr. Maher Saleem referred to the Quality Assurance Office, as Al-Ahliyya Amman University has gone long way in the field of quality control. Dr. Saket was briefed on the modern methods of education. Dr. Maher Saleem also spoke about scientific research and the support provided by the University in order to raise the level of higher education. Dr Munib Saket toured the University facilities, including the Admissions and Registration Building, Hourani, e-Learning Centre. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Munib Saket expressed his admiration for the University high-quality development in many areas and thanked the University administration, represented by its President Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, for the warm reception and hospitality and wished him further progress and success.
