President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University Receives 1948 Palestinian Citizens Students

Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received 1948 Palestinian Citizens Students. At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Sadeq welcomed them to their own country Jordan and to Al-Ahliyya Amman University. “Welcome to Jordan of Abu Hussein”, he said. He congratulated them on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan and on the start of the new academic year. He wished them a pleasant stay and further progress and success. He assured them that Al-Ahliyya Amman University provides all modern means of teaching that help students in the educational process and facilitate all matters of interest to the students to provide comfort means to them to enable them to devote themselves to their studies. He further assured them that Al-Ahliyya Amman University reviews, on ongoing basis, the study plans and programs offered in order to identify and provide disciplines that meet the needs of the local market. Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Osama Al-Hanaina, after welcoming the attendees, referred to the services offered by the University to its students and the University facilities, including laboratories, libraries, Arena Sports Complex, dormitory, Hourani e-Learning Centre, and other facilities. Students can use these facilities during their study years. The delegation was accompanied by a representative of Public Relations and Watad Wakeel 48 Foundation. The tour included visiting the various facilities at the University, during which the delegation learned about the latest teaching aid available. At the end of the meeting, Watad Foundation thanked the President of the University for the cordial reception, for welcoming the students and parents and for the services offered by the University. The meeting was attended by deans and faculty members.
