President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University Meets the First Secretary of the Russian Embassy

Prof. Sadeq Hamed, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University has met Dr. Vadim Zaychikov, the First Secretary of the Russia Embassy and Director of the Russian Cultural Centre in Amman, where they discussed areas and prospects of cooperation with the Russian universities as this included the seek to enter scientific and cultural bilateral agreements between the University and the Russian universities. They also discussed opening joint courses to teach the Russian language for the University students and the local community, as well as to exchange staff and students. Prof. Hamed welcomed the guest and expressed his willingness and interest to open channels of cooperation in this area, noting that the University has similar agreements with other international universities.The meeting was attended by the Director of the Public and International Relations Department at the University, Ms. Enas Al-Hourani, and Ms. Abeer Shalabi, Head of the International Relations Department.
