Partnership and cooperation agreement between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Tkiyet Um Ali

In order to promote and support the outstanding role of Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the fight against poverty in Jordan, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Tkiyet Um Ali. The agreement aims to assist the foundation in its charity works and raise awareness about the importance of volunteerism. The agreement was signed by the President of the University and Mr. Samer Balqar, Director General of Tkiyet Um Ali Under the agreement, a range of events will be held to support the ongoing programs of Tkiyet Um Ali throughout the year. This agreement reflects the social responsibility of the University towards fostering social justice through participation in humanitarian and charitable activities. For his part, the President of the University commended the great and distinguished humanitarian role of Tkiyet Um Ali in the fight against all forms of poverty. He stressed the importance of supporting such humanitarian initiatives that reflect positively on the local community. Mr. Balqar explained the importance of holding such partnerships with all institutions in order to instill human values, strengthen the spirit of solidarity, and create a generation that is aware of the community issues and believes in the importance of volunteer work.Tkiyet Um Ali provides its services to approximately 120 thousand families suffering from poverty across the governorates of the Kingdom.
