Our University hosts the Director of the German DAAD Office in Jordan

Our Vice President for International Relations & Quality, Prof. Anas Al-Soud and Director of the Global Engagement Center (GEC) welcomed Mr. Benjamin Schmeling, the Director of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Office along with Ms. Zeina Abdo, the Director of the Syrian-Jordanian Education Project in the presence of the Deputy Director of the GEC, Dr. Fayrouz Abou Sweilem. The meeting discussed academic collaboration with DAAD-affiliated universities as well as opportunities for scholarships and academic exchanges for students to study in Germany. Prof. Al-Soud highlighted the University's commitment to internationalization through strategic partnerships with organizations, companies, and international universities. Mr. Schmeling expressed admiration for the University's academic development and congratulated the University for its ranking among the top 1000 universities in the QS World University Rankings 2024.
