Our Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences organizes an initiative visit to an elderly care center

As part of our voluntary activities, our Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences organized an initiative to visit an elderly and nursing care center. Departments including Physical Therapy, Optometry, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Audiology and Speech Therapy provided a variety of healthcare services to the residents of the center. The services included tests for diabetes, blood strength and blood pressure, while the Physical Therapy department evaluated the residents' capabilities and mobility needs, providing guidance on using wheelchairs and appropriate recommendations for seniors' physical therapy. Meanwhile, the Audiology and Speech Therapy department conducted hearing and speech assessments, while the Optometry department performed vision examination.
