Online training program on Entrepreneurship Skills for the local community members in partnership with BDC.

Amidst of the corona pandemic and uncertainties the Center of Innovation and Excellence at Al-Ahliyya Amman University partnering with Business Development Center (BDC) conducted a short training program on Entrepreneurship via Online Microsoft teams. Training program covers the practical steps you need to take to make your venture successful. Trainees will be shown how to create a business plan, explore market gaps, and understand what it takes to run their own business successfully. They calculate costs and income and identify the assets needed to start a small business. Each trainee also receives essential tools and equipment in kind to keep their business on track.“We help them to estimate the value of their product and to understand the criteria for profit and loss. By the end of the program each trainee will have come up with a business plan to help them get started.” says Dr. Omar Abduljaber (Director, CIE). More than 50 members from the community the training program and they thanked the organizers for conducting this training which they feel it is very essential for building a better life. Training program completion certificates were dispatched to each participant upon completion of their programs and assignments.
