Novelist Afaf Bataineh visits Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, hosted the Jordanian novelist and writer Dr. Afaf Bataineh of Zayed University in Dubai, in coordination with the Social Service Center at the University. Bataineh is the author of the novel “Outside the Body” which talks about the cultural taboos in the Arab society. Dr. Saleem commended Dr. Bataineh works and literary and fiction achievements. Dr. Saleem expressed his desire to establish a forum for the Jordanian novelist to talk extensively about her literary texts, especially with regard to the development of the Arab women status.
