New Collaboration: Al Ahliyya Amman University and Four Seasons Hotel Sign Agreement to Boost Student Training in Hospitality Management
Al Ahliyya Amman University, represented by our President, Professor Sari Hamdan, and the Four Seasons Hotel Amman, represented by General Manager Mr. Nicholas Gunther Solomon, signed a cooperation agreement aimed at training students from the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Simon Seria, Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Ziad Halsa, Director of Human Resources, and from the university, Dr. Suzy Hatough, Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
The agreement seeks to strengthen partnerships with the private tourism sector to build students' skills, refine their personalities in culinary arts and hospitality management, and provide them with advanced training opportunities in a real work environment.
Professor Sari Hamdan emphasized the importance of this agreement, which reflects the university's commitment to providing high-quality education that aligns with labor market needs. He noted that collaboration with a world-class hotel like Four Seasons opens broad horizons for students to benefit from global expertise and elevate their skill levels, thereby enhancing their employment opportunities.
For his part, Mr. Nicholas Solomon expressed his pleasure in signing the agreement and appreciation for Al Ahliyya Amman University. He affirmed the Four Seasons Hotel's commitment to support this collaborative initiative with the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management to train its students and contribute to the development of Jordan's tourism and hospitality sectors.
