Memorandum of Understanding between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Western Sydney University

Professor Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received a delegation from Western Sydney University in Australia, headed by the Australian Ambassador and the Australian Commercial Attaché in Jordan. This visit comes within the framework of discussing ways of mutual cooperation between the two universities in line with the University objectives and policy based on scientific and cultural communication. This step aims to promote closer relations and cooperation between the two universities in scientific, cultural and research areas. The delegation was briefed by the President of the University, Dr. Saleem, about the emergence and development of the University and the programs offered by the University. The delegation expressed admiration for Al-Ahliyya Amman University level of excellence and innovation and the modern teaching aid provided by the University which serves the students. The delegation thanked the University administration, represented by its president, Dr. Saleem, for the cordial reception. On the sidelines of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed for cooperation in the fields of education, student exchange, scientific research, education data, and organizing scientific conferences. At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of the University, presented the University Shield to the delegation.
