Memorandum of Understanding between Al-Ahliyya Amman University and Jihan University in Kurdistan Region

HE Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received Prof. Dr. Amjad Saber Al-Dalawi, President of Jihan Private University in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, within the framework of discussing ways of mutual cooperation between the two universities, in line with the University objectives and policy based on scientific and cultural communication. This step aims to promote closer relations and cooperation between the two universities in scientific, cultural and research fields. The guest was briefed by Dr. Saleem, President of the University, about the emergence and development of the University, the disciplines and master's programs offered by the University, in addition the centers newly opened in the University. Dr. Al-Dalawi expressed his admiration for the scientific and academic status of the University at the local and international level. On the sidelines of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding was signed for cooperation in educational fields, student exchange, scientific research and education data, and organization of scientific conferences. The parties also agreed to cooperate in the field of e-learning and investment of high-tech potential in this area. The agreement was signed for Al-Ahliyya Amman University by Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of the University, and for Jihan Private University by its President, Dr. Amjad Al-Dalawi. At the end of the meeting, the parties exchanged commemorative shields.
