March in Support of Cancer Patients in the Campus of Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Within the mission of Al-Ahliyya Amman University to connect students with civil society institutions and foster volunteerism culture among the youth, under the patronage of HE President of the University, Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, and in cooperation with King Hussein Cancer Center, a march was organized in support of King Hussein Cancer Center. The employees, faculty members, and administrative staff and students of the University of all faculties took part in the march, accompanied by officials of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation headed by the Jordanian Armed Forces Band. The participants made generous donation in support of the new expansion of the King Hussein Cancer Center. This project was entitled “Let s Be Concerned” within the context of the projects oriented towards cancer patients headed by student Iyad Awni of the Faculty of Engineering at the University.
