Were talking about the obstacles facing the powers of the Security Council is duplication, standards and selectivity, especially for the Arab states, especially after the establishment of the International Criminal Court. Was addressed to the new reality of the powers of the Council in the peacekeeping forces and peace enforcement and intervention on humanitarian grounds, intervention in Iraq, Libya and others, means and suggestions not to give the UN Security Council justifications for intervention in the internal affairs of Arab countries.
