Lecture on strategic planning and building performance indicators

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, the Academic and Administrative Development Center organized a lecture entitled “Strategic Planning and Building Performance Indicators”. Dr. Essam Al-Dabbagh addressed strategic planning, and how to set up operational plans based on the University strategic plan, and to build and measure performance indicators according to the objectives of the University. Dr. Dabbagh emphasized that the University’s strategic plan must emanate from its mission and vision. The lecture was attended by a large number of faculty members, administrative personnel, and faculty deans. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Essam Al-Dabbagh replied to all inquiries raised by the attendants.
