Lecture on Modern Diplomacy in the Palestinian Crisis at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

In line with Al-Ahliyya Amman University policy to communicate with the community institutions and build bridges of cooperation in many areas, Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, received the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Jordan, Dr. Mustafa Musleh Zadeh. Dr. Saleem welcomed the guests and presented to them an overview of the emergence and development of the University and the programs offered by the University. Dr. Mustafa Musleh Zadeh gave a lecture entitled “Modern Diplomacy in the Palestinian Crisis”. This lecture addressed the reasons for the Palestinian crisis and solutions to get out of this crisis. The lecture was attended by deans, a large number of students and faculty members. On the sidelines of the lecture, Dr. Maher Saleem, President of the University, met Ambassador Mustafa Musleh Zadeh and welcomed them to Al-Ahliyya Amman University. Several issues of mutual interest were discussed, in addition to the possibility of cooperation with the public universities in the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to raise the level of higher education and support scientific research. At the end of the meeting, Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem presented a memorial shield in the name of the University to the Ambassador of Iran. The visitors expressed sincere thanks to the President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University for the warm reception and hospitality and for hosting such events that will increase cooperation among students and inform them of the various Arab cultures to build a well-informed generation that is capable of coping with developments and making a quantum leap in the history and progress of nations.
