Lecture on Income Tax Held by Al-Masha’leh at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Mr. Mahfouz Al-Masha’leh, the tax expert, gave a lecture titled “Income Tax on Taxpayers: Individuals and Users”, upon an invitation of the Administrative and Financial Sciences Faculty at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. In his lecture, Al-Masha’leh talked about the latest amendments to the Income Tax Law and explained some legal concepts such as: the taxpayer concept, taxable income, how to calculate income tax, tax-exempted incomes, and the categories obliged to provide self-assessment statement. The lecture was presided by the Head of Marketing Department, Dr. Mohammed Zyoud and Ms. Nehayah Mahrkani, attended by the Faculty Dean, Prof. Nasser Abu Mustafa, in addition to a number of academic members and students.
