King Abdullah II Fund organizes a fund raising campaign for cancer patients

The King Abdullah II Fund at Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU), in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, has organized a fund raising campaign to support cancer patients in King Hussein Cancer Center. The campaign included a march through the AAU Campus in which a number of students from all faculties and departments took part. The event also included meetings at Nizar Qabbani Auditorium with a number of cancer patients who are receiving treatment in King Hussein Cancer Center, during which they explained their suffering and the health and psychological conditions through which they were going, stressing that with a strong will, determination and hope, the disease can be overcome.
