Jordanian brilliant actor Sari al-Assaad gives workshop for students of the Department of Cinema, TV and Theatre Design at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

The Department of Cinema, TV and Theatre Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design/ Al-Ahliyya Amman University organized a workshop entitled Social Responsibility for Drama presented by the brilliant Jordanian actor and former president of Jordanian Artists’ Syndicate Sari al-Assaad on Thursday, 30 December 2021.The workshop included many themes through which the guest highlighted in depth the Jordanian drama industry in the field of cinema, television, and theater. He also asserted the industry’s responsibility towards society in order to enhance the system of values and ethics of the public, and how drama creators adopt issues related to people's concerns and mechanisms of its employment to improve the public taste.Faculty members and department students participated in discussions with the guest during which they put forward many views. This workshop is part of the department's policy of opening up to community institutions related to specialization and meets the requirements of local and international accreditations.
