Jordan Women Committees Forum holds a seminar entitled “Community Security” at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Maher Saleem, President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Jordan Women Committees Forum held a seminar entitled “Community Security” in cooperation with the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research at Al-Ahliyya Amman University . In the seminar, HE Mrs. Mai Abu Samen from Jordan Women Committees Forum addressed the theme of student violence. Dr. Wisam Buraki, Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, addressed community security from a psychological perspective. Dr. Azmi Mansour examined community violence. Dr. Mansour tackled the concept of community violence and the reasons and solutions of these negative phenomena that affect the community and its members. At the end of the seminar, Mrs. Mai Abu Samen from Jordan Women Committees Forum thanked the University, represented by its President , for his continued support for such issues. The seminar was attended by a number of deans, faculty members, administrators, directors of centers and departments and a large gathering of students of the University.
