Iraqi cultural advisor meets the Iraqi community students of Al-Ahliyya Amman University

On Wednesday, 22/04/2015, Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, the Iraqi cultural advisor, met members of the faculty and students of the Iraqi community at Al-Ahliyya Amman University. Dr. Husseini listened to suggestions of the Iraqi professors of the University on ways of establishing cooperations between them and the cultural attaché through holding cultural seminars and hosting art galleries. Dr. Al-Husseini also met Iraqi students enrolled in the University and urged them to exert more efforts and to be good ambassadors for their country. He noted that the University hosts the largest number of Iraqi students in Jordan. During his meeting with the President of the University and the faculty members, Dr. Al-Husseini reaffirmed that Iraqi students are recipients of the same care and attention offered to every student of Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The University offers them all the facilities and services they need to excel and succeed at their chosen fields of study. He urged the students to engage in all the extracurricular activities offered by the University and called on students to demonstrate nobility, ethicality, and principal value.Among those who attended the meeting were: Dr. Mamoun Al-Dabai, Dr. Mohammad Al-Baldawi (representative of the Iraqi community and Director of Admission and Registration), Mr. Jihad Bahloul, as well as deans, faculty members and students of the Iraqi community.
