Including Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the National Qualifications Framework

The Accreditation & Quality Assurance Commission for the Higher Education Institutions decided to include Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the National Qualifications Framework. It is worth noting that AAU was one of the first to apply for this classification, where all the AAU’s academic and training programs are harmonized with their equivalent levels in the National Framework.The National Framework consists of a hierarchical classification of all levels of qualifications and certificates associated with higher education, general education and vocational and technical training programs within the specifications for each level to determine the knowledge, skills and competencies that should be related to the qualification. The National Framework aims to facilitate matching Jordanian qualifications with those in other countries to ensure regional and international accreditation of Jordanian qualifications and certificates. This contributes to creating job opportunities for graduates and facilitating the transfer of students from one educational institution to another inside and outside Jordan.
