“How to Deal with your Parents” Lecture at Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Dr. Muhammad Nuh Qudah delivered a lecture titled “How to Deal with your Parents” at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the presence of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Sadeq Hamed, a large number of students, faculty members and administrative staff. The lecture was organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, Division of Cultural and Social Activity. Dr. Qudah tackled topics of interest to young people and how one should deal with his parents and be pious, dutiful, devoted, reverent, and faithful towards them. He cited stories of great mothers from the life period of Prophet Mohammad. Dr. Qudah underlined the virtue of honoring one s parents and the necessity of praying for them. He advised and preached students to care for and respect their parents, in view of its great reward in this world and the Hereafter. He added that the person should come back to himself to hold himself accountable for errors and correct them. Finally, Dr. Qudah answered the audience queries. At the end of the meeting, the President of the University presented an honoring shield to Dr. Mohammed Qudah, thanking him for delivering this valuable lecture.
