Highlighting the specialization of Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University
The Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Al-Ahliyya Amman University has opened its doors to those wishing to register for the “Agricultural Biotechnology and Gene Engineering” specialization for the bachelor’s degree, where the student with a high school diploma or its equivalent is accepted for the branches, scientific (medical, engineering, pure sciences), Comprehensive health education, agricultural, industrial and home economics. The study plan for the specialization consists of (140) credit hours, while graduates of the “Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering” specialization are accredited as engineers who are members of the Syndicate of Agricultural Engineers.It is worth noting that the job opportunities available to graduates of the specialization are diverse in various public and private agricultural and food institutions, in addition to national, regional and international research centers, academic institutions, universities, vocational training institutions, international governmental and non-governmental organizations, and other private companies, such as establishing private projects and civil society institutions.
