Her Highness Princes Wijdan Al-Hashemi Inaugurates the First Exhibition of Art and Creativity in Al-Ahliyya Amman University

Her Highness Princess Wijdan Al-Hashemi inaugurated the first exhibition of art and creativity which was organized by the Faculty of Architecture and Design in Al-Ahliyya Amman University. The exhibition was held in (Saltus for Arts) in the University on Monday 6/2/2017. An elite group of Arab and Jordanian artists participated in this event by presenting their diverse artworks representing all the Fine Arts Areas.Prof. Sadeq Hamed, the President of the University, Dr. Rana Al-Matarneh, the Dean of Architecture and Design along with a group of members of the Academic and Administrative staffs participated in the event.His Excellency, the President of the University, expressed his immersive delight for holding this exhibition. He also emphasized that all facilities in the University are ready to embrace creativity and innovators and that (Saltus Hall for Arts) is opened for all creative outputs. He also stated that art and creativity are the prominent title of this distinguished University.Rana Al-Matarneh, the Dean of the Faculty, expressed her pleasure for organizing such an artistic event. She also confirmed that the Faculty is opened for all individuals interested in creativity for its role in developing the students’ creative thinking skills by imitating these creative artistic experiences which resulted in leading works embroidered by elite creative artists.
