Graduation of the Twenty-Second Class of Al-Ahliyya Amman University Students

In the midst of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan celebrations of Karama Day and Mother's Day and in an atmosphere of joy and happiness, Al-Ahliyya Amman University celebrated the graduation of its twenty-second class of the academic year 2014-2015. The number of graduates from various programs and degrees was more than 400. The ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed Al-Hourani, the University founder, and was attended by Prof. Dr. Sadek Hamid, President of the University, members of the Board of Trustees, deans, faculty members and administrative staff, the graduates and their families. The ceremony featured various events, namely a speech by the Dean of Student Affairs, in which he expressed his joy and the pride he takes in the graduates. He added that the outstanding status of the University is due to the concerted efforts of the University academics and administrators. He confirmed that young people are the wealth of this country and the torches that light up the night and create a prosperous and bright future. Finally, the Dean offered warm congratulations to the graduates and their families.Student Dina Abu Samen, one of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences graduates, delivered a speech in which she said that the University is not a place to create a scientific identity, but a space of ideas and freedoms that will contribute to the building of this nation. Abu Samen thanked all the University staff for their outstanding efforts, which brought them to this point. She called on graduates to have authentic values and to be the best ambassadors for their University which offered them care, attention, and academic qualification.At the end of the ceremony, the President of the University presented the certificates to the graduates from various faculties.
