Film Students Engage in Visual Scene Design Workshop

Students from the Department of Cinematic, Television, and Theatrical Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design participated in a workshop titled "Visual Scene Design," led by Dr. Najwa Qandagji, a faculty member in the department. Organized by Ma3mal612 Think Factory, the workshop took place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. Conducted by the artistic producer Hala Shahab, an architect and designer known for her work on sets and costumes in television and theatrical productions across Jordan and the Arab world, the workshop delved into the intricacies of planning artistic production in series and films. It highlighted the essential stages in designing costumes and sets, presenting examples of television productions from various dramatic works. This participation underscores the university's commitment to fostering collaboration with institutions dedicated to artistic endeavors and reflects the activation of the memorandum of understanding signed between the university and Ma3mal612 Think Factory.
